My name is Ryan and I want to welcome you to ‘Words from the Well.’ I began this page as a way of fully committing myself to the Lord through writing. Here I want to share with you my devotions from scripture, helping you understand the riches of biblical theology, and break down the Bible for you in easy, helpful ways! I hope this page blesses you in your understanding of God and your love for Him!
Words from the Well is derived from one of my favorite passages in the Bible, John 4. I’ll break down this passage in a future post for you, but to keep it short, I am fascinated by the imagery and concept of wells throughout scripture. The idea of drawing water from deep places speaks to what Jesus offers us: Living Water that goes deep into our hearts. So that’s what I will try to give you here.
